Designed so you'll feel right at home. The entire home, yard & garage is yours. Calming gray paint w/ white trim & brand new carpet throughout! Spacious living room w/ 50 in smart TV. Use our Sling acct or stream your favorites. There is a new sectional couch in spring 2025, chair & plenty of end tables and lighting. Under the console table are a few games & deck of cards. Eat in kitchen w/ dining table and seating for 4.

Galley kitchen w/ Perfect Greige cabinets, granite counters, tile backsplash & appliance pkg inc SS dishwasher, side by side fridge ( we provide a Brita pitcher as well), microwave, ceramic cooktop oven & faucet w/ pull down sprayer. The main flr has 2 bedrooms, both with full sized beds, dresser, closet & hangers. The main floor bathroom has been recently redone w/ tile and soap niche. The Large upstairs dormer boasts a king sized bed, closets & dedicated work space. We just upgraded to Fiber internet speeds. There is also an unfinished bsmt w/ half bath and full sized washer / dryer. 2 car garage w/ remote.

The full bath has a tub / shower combo, large vanity, sconce lighting, Circle mirror w/ hair dryer, cotton pads, body wash, shampoo, conditioner available for your use as well as clean white bath towels. Pots and pans available for use in kitchen as well as utensils.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the door.
