Built on two levels, LakeHouse is the perfect retreat for unforgettable moments with family or friends.
Located directly on Lake Lepage, with a private sandy beach ideal for kids, the chalet offers breathtaking views all day long. Whether you’re relaxing on the large sun-filled deck, enjoying the cozy screened veranda, unwinding in the hot tub, or admiring the scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area, the natural setting will truly impress.
The chalet features 3 closed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living rooms, a screened veranda, and a game room, providing comfort and space for everyone to enjoy.
Outside, enjoy a large backyard with direct lake access. Watercraft are provided, allowing you to fully experience the beauty of the surrounding nature.
**Please note that any type of party or excessive noise, after 10PM, that could disturb our neighbourhood will be charged an additional fee of $1000 as well as an immediate eviction. Please respect our neighbourhood. Fireworks are prohibited at any time, no exception. A photo of your ID might be asked**

SNOWMOBILING
You can ride directly from the chalet. The trail is located on Rang Venne, about 2 minutes away, and is called Route Quad.
The cottage is located at:
- 1h25 from Montreal
- 3h from Ottawa
- 1h20 from Trois-Rivières
- 2h40 from Quebec.

Please note that our chalet is located in a newly developed area, and the roads leading to the property are not yet paved. While both the roads and our private parking area are professionally plowed, from November to April, we strongly recommend using a 4WD vehicle equipped with winter tires to access the chalet. Please note that we are not responsible for towing or any other related expenses.
*IMPORTANT*
Once the reservation is confirmed, a form, along with an ID, will need to be completed in order to comply with Article 7.1 of By-law No. 657-2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme.
⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.
*SOUND DEVICE & CAMERAS*
It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera outside (only) pointing towards the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device inside and outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio.
*TV*
We have a smart TV (no traditional cable), allowing you to log into your own streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite content.
*PETS*
One small/medium size dog per booking might be allowed after approval. A $120 pet fee + fees applies. A 500$ deposit may be applicable as well. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving.
*WOOD FIREPLACE*
There is a wood fireplace at your disposal, you have to bring your own wood and your own kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting.
*ELECTRIC FIREPLACE BASEMENT*
The electric fireplace in the basement is not functional and is not included in the rental.
*WATER ACCESS + EMBARCATIONS*
Available May 15th-October 15th NO EXCEPTIONS.
*BATHROOMS*
Please do not dispose of baby wipes, condoms, tampons, or any similar items in the toilet, as they can block the septic system and cause serious malfunctions. Improper use may result in a $1500 damage fee. Trash bins are provided in each bathroom for proper disposal.
**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.
4. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $120 extra cleaning fee + fees.
5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.
6. If the chalet is left in a messy or disorderly condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Any type of waste or bodily excrement (animal or human) found inside or outside the chalet will be charged at a rate of $60 per occurrence. Excrement includes, but is not limited to, urine, feces, vomit, or any similar substances.
At the end of the stay, the spa water must be as clean as it was upon arrival. An additional fee will apply for any late checkout between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., as this delays the work of our cleaning team. Any guest still on the premises after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.
7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.
10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.
11. Fishing is prohibited on the lake. You cannot use a floating island neither your own canoes. You have to use what we offer.
13. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
