Living space

The main living area centers on an indoor fireplace - a natural gathering point for evenings in. The layout flows openly between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making conversation easy whether you are cooking, eating, or simply unwinding. Board games are on hand for downtime, and the TV rounds out the options when you want a quieter night in. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable regardless of the weather outside.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, each finished with quality bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage. The uncluttered design in each room gives the space a settled, restful feel - the kind you actually fall asleep in rather than just pass through. With a single-level layout throughout, there are no stairs to navigate.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real cooking. You will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a solid collection of cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, baking sheet, and a coffee maker with coffee ready to go. Barbecue utensils are also available for outdoor grilling. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and the kitchen-to-dining flow makes shared meals a natural part of the stay.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the home. The primary bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate shower, double vanities, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A hair dryer and cleaning products are also provided. Both bathrooms have hot water and fresh towels ready for your arrival.

 

Outdoor living

The screened patio opens to a backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill - a setup that works just as well for a relaxed breakfast as it does for an evening outside. The hot tub is the centerpiece: screened for privacy and ready whenever you want to unwind. The backyard itself is an open grassed space with room to spread out.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a private entrance and free parking on the premises and on the street. JAX Airport and the Jacksonville Zoo are both around 15 minutes away, and downtown Jacksonville is approximately 20 minutes out - close enough for day trips, far enough to feel removed from the bustle when you return.



The home is pet-friendly with pre-approval - a fee applies. Long-term stays are welcome, and self check-in via smart lock means arrival works on your schedule. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, noise decibel monitors, and exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear of the property. Washer, dryer, and iron are available for longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the screened-in patio and backyard with hot tub.



There are no shared spaces — everything inside the home is exclusively yours.



Self check-in makes arrival seamless and flexible. On-site parking is available, and the home is located on a quiet residential street for added peace of mind.

Popular destinations like the Jacksonville Zoo, shopping, dining, golf, and everyday essentials are all a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Selfie verification

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
