Living spaces

The open layout flows naturally from the living room through the dining area and into the kitchen, making it simple for a group to spread out without feeling disconnected. The indoor fireplace anchors the living room and gives the space a genuinely warm character - whether you're gathered for a movie, deep into a board game, or simply talking the evening away. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable through every season, and high-speed Wifi supports both remote work and streaming.

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms with 4 beds sleep up to 8 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, and each room includes clothing storage and hangers to make settling in straightforward. An iron and an in-home washer and dryer make longer stays just as comfortable as short ones.

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well-equipped for group meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Wine glasses, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils round things out nicely. The dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, whether that's a slow breakfast or a sit-down dinner after a day out.

Two full bathrooms serve the home. The primary bathroom includes double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer - the essentials taken care of so you can arrive light.

The screened patio extends the living space outside without sacrificing comfort or privacy. The hot tub is the natural end to most evenings, and the open backyard gives the home a genuine sense of space. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill - with charcoal and utensils included - make it easy to take meals and time outside.

This single-level home has no interior stairs and includes a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock - arrivals are smooth regardless of the hour. Free parking is available both in the garage on premises and on the street. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, exterior security cameras at the front and rear of the property, noise decibel monitors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.





Pets are welcome with pre-approval and a fee applies. Long-term stays are accommodated. Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, the home sits approximately 15 minutes from JAX Airport and Jacksonville Zoo, and around 20 minutes from downtown Jacksonville - well-connected without sacrificing the calm.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the screened-in patio and backyard with hot tub.



There are no shared spaces — everything inside the home is exclusively yours.



Self check-in makes arrival seamless and flexible. On-site parking is available, and the home is located on a quiet residential street for added peace of mind.

A car is recommended for getting around Jacksonville, as attractions and neighborhoods are spread out. The home offers easy access to major roads, making it simple to reach downtown Jacksonville in about 20 minutes and Jacksonville International Airport in roughly 15 minutes.



Popular destinations like the Jacksonville Zoo, shopping, dining, golf, and everyday essentials are all a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.



Whether you’re commuting for work, exploring the city, or heading to and from the airport, getting around is straightforward and convenient from this location.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Government-issued ID

• Selfie verification

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning (Extended Stays)

• $200 refresh cleaning

Including light reset, trash removal, and fresh linens.
