Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to our 4,141-square-foot home and all its amenities. This includes the theater room with an Xbox One and Epson projector, as well as the game room featuring a dedicated workspace and various board games. Outdoors, you can enjoy the private backyard, complete with a trampoline, kids' play area, and a Char-Broil gas grill. Parking is available for 6 vehicles, with 3 spaces in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Please note the owner’s closet is locked and not accessible.



The Neighborhood:

The area offers a tranquil mountain atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding peaks. This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, providing easy access to world-class hiking, fly fishing, and exploring the historic charm of Alma and Fairplay.

In the winter, you are a short drive from renowned ski resorts and snowy trails. During the summer months, the region transforms into a hub for mountain biking and scenic drives through the Colorado high country.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy this area and access nearby attractions, as public transportation is limited. The home is located just off Highway 9, providing a straightforward route north toward Breckenridge or south toward the heart of Fairplay. The driveway and garage provide ample on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.



Please keep garage doors closed when outdoor temperatures are below 50 degrees to protect the home's systems.



Please note the fire pit is unavailable to guests based on local compliance regulations.
