Our 1900 built Elm Street historic bungalow boasts a screened in porch entry that leads to a large living rm w/ 55' smart TV and all your favorite streaming channels. (Sling TV provided). Freshly painted w/ LVT floors, the living room houses a new sectional sofa & pull out chair (T), blinds & curtains. There are plenty of extra pillows & blankets.

The 1st bedroom has a Queen memory foam bed, comfortable sheets, large closet, dresser, luggage rack & dedicated work space w/ lamp. Room darkening curtains & mini blinds.

The 2nd bedroom has Queen memory foam bed, large closet, bench and Room darkening curtains & mini blinds. Use the alarm clock as a phone charger!

The fully equipped kitchen offers to ceiling black cabinets w/ copper pulls, patterned backsplash & chandelier. Dining area comfortably seats 4. There is a Keurig coffee maker w/ pods creamer, sugar, & tea. Cooks delight w/ full sized fridge, & gas stove. Brita pitcher / ice trays in fridge. We've got pots & pans to make your best meals, in addition to utensils, silverware S/P & oil. The light / fan combo is remote controlled for ventilation.

New for spring 2024- natural wood bathroom vanity w/ marble top, black faucet, toilet & mirror. This large bathroom has separate & private shower w/ rain showerhead, exhaust fan & makeup vanity. Towels & toiletries are provided.

The mudroom at the rear of the home leads to the laundry room w/ full sized washer / dryer & fenced in yard w/ firepit. You may park on the street or there is room for 2 cars on the rear of the property, marked with the address. (Please do not block neighbors drive.)

Located in a residential neighborhood & a short walk to Downtown Rossford shops/bars/businesses, or a quick drive to all Toledo has to offer. As is the Beech Street park which has a baseball diamond, pickleball & basketball courts as well as a playground. This home is 1 mile from the Hollywood Casino, a couple minutes from Downtown Toledo and close to I-75, 475, University of Toledo, UTMC, Westfield Mall, Levis Commons, Toledo Zoo, Toledo Museum of Art, Glass City Center, Stranahan Theatre and more!

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.

Since VRBO discourages communication outside of the platform we ask that our personal cell phones are used for emergency purposes only.

By booking our home you accept our cancellation policy stated in the listing. VRBO offers guests travel insurance for an additional fee. Thank you for not asking us for a refund due to a cancellation made on your end.
