Inside, guests will find a warm and welcoming interior defined by knotty pine walls and ceilings, a spacious living room, and a large fireplace that looks out onto expansive common forest space behind the home—an ideal place to unwind after a day outdoors.

The home comfortably accommodates guests with one king bed, three queen beds, plus a loft with a futon for additional sleeping space. There are two full bathrooms and one half bath. A large dining table that seats eight and a spacious back deck make this home especially well suited for family dinners, BBQs, and gatherings. The deck opens directly onto the largest common space in Sunriver, creating a peaceful, open feel and a strong connection to nature. A private hot tub area provides the perfect spot to soak and relax under the trees and stars.

The location is ideal for exploring Sunriver on foot or by bike. A scenic 10-minute walk through the forest along a dedicated path leads to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatics & Recreation Center (SHARC), and SHARC access passes are included with your stay. Fort Rock Park—home to Sunriver’s only playground, along with a basketball court, baseball diamond, and large grass field—is just a 5-minute walk away.
