Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Hello! We were looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately, it was very much a disappointment. The rental was clean and check in was easy. There were many problems we encountered during our stay. Most notably, the pool was not working and was not repaired during our stay and the air conditioning in the main house on the floor with the 3 bedrooms DID NOT WORK!! They promised it would be fixed but during our weeklong stay they never fixed it. They had to get multiple estimates which delayed it. They brought ONE portable unit to try to cool the whole floor but it was only in one bedroom. I requested additional cooling units but was told they did not have any more.There were broken blinds, more than one overhead light that did not work in multiple bedrooms, drains that did not work in the tub, toilets that did not properly flush and at times would not flush, washing machine in the carriage house did not work so we could not wash during our stay, the dishwasher in the carriage house did not clean dishes and left standing water in the bottom after the whole wash cycle was completed.....after multiple times communicating with management there was no resolution or offer for any compensation. I am being told they will get back to me on Monday, 4/13. I am concerned, due to me being gone and in another state, they will offer nothing or do anything. I will HAPPLIY update the rating when they do. At this point I DO NOT recommend this rental nor do I recommend FUN VACAY.
