The public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.

-The unit has 3 floors. Guests must use the stairs to get around.

-The unit includes two parking spaces: one located in the garage and another in the driveway.

-If you need an additional space, we have another unit within the complex that can be booked separately, subject to availability.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Garbage is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Please ensure that all garbage bins and surrounding areas remain completely unobstructed on these days. Do not park in front of the garbage collection zone, especially with oversized vehicles (such as trucks, vans, or large SUVs), as this can block access for waste management and result in service disruptions or fines issued by building management.

-There is ongoing construction in the area during regular working hours. Machinery will be in use during this time, and while the view may be slightly obstructed, the mountain view can still be enjoyed.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 14 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
