Welcome to the Misty Moose vacation property, your escape to the mountains! Our beautiful, family friendly rental property is located in the heart of Canmore in the Canmore Crossing Building and is the perfect place for your next getaway. With breathtaking views, endless outdoor activities and all the amenities you need to feel right at home, this mountain retreat is an experience you won’t forget.

-Bunk room includes twin over double bunk bed, with additional twin bed and pull-out trundle.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It was spotlessly clean and the location could not have been better! Easy access to the highway to see all the many sights in the area and grocery and liquor stores and eateries were right out your door. It was just a short walk to the cute downtown area of Canmore. Lindsay was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location for Families

If you like convenience, warm home feel, amenities, mountian views and less tourists, this is the place for your stay in Canmore. 25 min from town of Banff and the National park. Plenty of space for a family and two full bathrooms. Super clean and owner/management very responsive. Make sure to reserve hot tub on rooftop in advance since it books fast.

Where a great stay at the condo. It’s close to all amenities, including the local Starbucks and both Safeway and save on foods. Parking is easy, but if you have a lifted truck or a roof box, you may have to park in the visitor parking. The condo is well kept and had all of the kitchen utensils that we needed. We had shared this with two families, including 4 kids and there’s plenty of room. The bunk bed was a bit loose and wobbly which we let the owners know so hopefully they’ll address it for other guests.

Welcome, My name is Lindsay and I am excited to be a new host of the Misty Moose Property! I have always had a love for the outdoors and nature which is why we chose Canmore for our first rental property where we can enjoy the beauty and adventure of the mountains and are able to share that experience with our guests as well. I am a mom of two young girls and our family lives on an acreage west of Edmonton with our cat, Jake, and our oversized Bernese mountain dog, Russell. As a family we love to camp in the summers, and take in some great hikes, fishing and paddle boarding. Winters we are ski bums including downhill and cross country. Throughout the year I also volunteer with a Wildlife rehabilitation centre for orphaned and injured birds and small mammals. I lived in Canmore for a few years when I was younger and know the area quite well and look forward to being a host here so I can create some fantastic memories for our guests.

Our location is one of the most convenient locations in Canmore! While surrounded by mountains you are within a short walking distance to Canmore's main street/ downtown area with loads of shops and some of the best restaurants/ pubs in town! If you feel like eating in... the grocery store is within the same parking lot. Bus stop for the ROAM transit is right across the street so no need to drive if you don't want to. Canmore is surrounded by activities for everyone and all ages in both summer and winter, which makes it one of the top destinations. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do :)
