No "check-out checklist" which can ask guests to do dishes and laundry, so enjoy Seattle every minute and just leave when you're ready. We’re happy to offer a parking pass which gives you free street parking which is so rare in downtown Seattle.

You in town for work? This condo has free high-speed Wi-Fi. For printing jobs, Kinko's/Fed Ex is in the Convention Center a couple blocks away, where you can get just about any kind of custom printing you want, plus shipping services. They have computers to rent and faxes, too.
