The unit has been recently renovated with a complete artistic and functional redesign, including new wood flooring, air conditioning, curated furnishings, and dedicated washer/dryer access. Light-filled, calm, and design-forward in a quiet West LA / Palms neighborhood.
The apartment has its own separate address and includes one bedroom plus a flexible sleeping nook, ideal for guests, a workspace, or a quiet retreat. The space is intentionally styled with a calm, creative feel, generous storage, and great natural airflow. Two private decks - one in the front and one in the rear - extend the living space and are perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and indoor-outdoor living.
Laundry is shared with one other unit. The surrounding area has a vibrant mix of neighborhood restaurants and independent coffee shops nearby, including two within less than half a mile. Pizzeria Sei is opening around the corner.
