Salty Seabreeze is a pet-friendly, three-story home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. Nestled in the charming Seabreeze Cottages community along scenic 30A, the home is just steps from the community pool, sugar-white sand, and the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Spend your days walking along the shoreline, collecting seashells, or enjoying the vibrant coastal culture nearby.

Your Space
The 2nd level living area is bright and airy, with natural light streaming through large windows and a soothing palette of whites and light grays. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and quartz countertops with a breakfast bar for casual meals. The dining area seats eight, perfect for family dinners or sharing fresh local seafood from nearby markets. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience.

Outdoor Spaces
Step onto the covered balcony to sip morning coffee or an evening cocktail while feeling the coastal breeze and enjoying partial Gulf views. Just steps from the home, the community pool and grill make it easy to gather and unwind. Take a short stroll to the beach, where you can swim, paddleboard, or simply watch the sun rise over the water.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
