Enjoy our modern spacious home located in the heart of Mississauga.
This home is based in the community of Fairview in Mississauga. City Centre, Mississauga Valleys and Hurontario are nearby neighborhoods. Nearby attractions includes Kariya Park and Mississauga Celebration Square within 10 mins walk, 14 mins drive from Erindale Park and 16 mins drive from St. Lawrence Park. Toronto Pearson International Airport is within 25 mins drive away. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby!
The space
This 3-story home boasts modern finishes, vaulted ceiling, a fully-stocked kitchen, and updated amenities. Perfect for those who come to the city to work or relax!
Filled with natural light, the spacious and bright living area is perfectly designed for relaxation and dining, Itâs set up with a 55" Smart TV, where you can watch your favourite movies and TV shows. It also has board games for you and your family to enjoy.
On the main floor, there is a queen-sized bed with a Smart TV, a kitchen and dining area which are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. Washer and dryer are also located here.
Upper Level, there are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom has a has a queen-sized bed with a dedicated workspace and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The fourth bedroom , also have a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and a closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have shared washroom.
There is also a great backyard with outdoor seating where you can gather around and have a morning coffee.
High-speed WiFi with an internet speed up to 200 Mbps, electric fireplace and 5 driveway parking spaces in front of the house are all provided during your stay!
