Step onto the expansive three-tiered deck and prepare to be wowed. Start your morning on the sunning platform or with coffee in the covered outdoor living room, where sleek, low-profile wood couches with plush cushions surround a stunning wood-burning fireplace and mounted TV. To the side, a group of cushioned rockers offers the perfect spot to unwind and watch the breeze move through the trees. Grill out and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table, then soak in the private hot tub as stars emerge over the mountains. Later, follow the stone path to the fire pit in the yard — the perfect place for evening conversations and stargazing.

Inside, soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows frame sweeping mountain views and flood the great room with natural light. Fine finishes, warm wood accents, and curated decor blend rustic charm with modern luxury. The open-concept main floor features a gourmet kitchen for cooking and gathering, a coffee bar, a custom hardwood dining table, and a cozy living space anchored by a gas fireplace and Smart TV.

The main-level master suite is a serene retreat with a king bed, private deck access, long-range views, and a spa-style ensuite featuring a massive tiled shower and a soaking tub. The second king master on the main level is custom-designed with a TV and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the open loft overlooks the great room and includes game tables for endless fun. Two beautifully furnished bedrooms — one with a king bed and one with a double-over-double bunk and queen sleeper sofa — share a full bathroom, offering additional space and privacy for guests.

Guests have access to a wide array of world-class community amenities, including hiking trails and mountain biking, as well as seasonal events and family activities. Please note: while an amenity fee is included in your rental and grants access to most offerings, certain areas, such as the fitness center, remain exclusive to homeowners and are not accessible to renters.

Eagles Nest Newest Addition: Epic Chophouse! - As a renter in the community, you will have access to this great venue. When at the restaurant, mention you are a renter in Eagles Nest for admittance. Please note that Owners of the Eagles Nest Community have priority seating at this restaurant. Please be aware of this before you arrive at the venue.

Please note: During the winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required to access the property safely, and chains may be necessary in inclement weather conditions. Bearly Behavin is not pet-friendly. Guests may use their own streaming accounts on the Smart TVs throughout the home. A Blink doorbell camera captures the porch and driveway, and Blink cameras capture the garage, the left side of the backyard, the rear deck, and the woods.
