This recently remodeled, single-story home is ideal for comfortable extended stays in the heart of Sonoma wine country. Located just 8 minutes from Sonoma Plaza, the fully furnished 1,908-square-foot residence offers privacy, convenience, and a peaceful setting within a beautifully maintained community.
The light-filled, open floor plan features vaulted ceilings, wide-plank flooring, and a spacious living area anchored by a dramatic two-sided gas fireplace between the living and dining rooms. The living room includes a 65" LG Smart TV, creating a welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining.
The chef’s kitchen is thoughtfully designed for serious cooks and longer stays, with Bosch stainless steel appliances, expansive countertops, generous cabinetry, and a large granite island with seating for two. As this is a personal home, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with quality cookware, Vitamix blender, KitchenAid mixer, Breville countertop oven, electric kettle, and complete dishware and silverware for six.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, ample storage, and a luxurious marble en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, and large closet. A dedicated home office supports remote work with both standing and traditional desks, a 32" monitor, printer, shredder, and storage closet.
