The shared pool area is truly a tropical paradise with an impeccable landscape, pool, and BBQ grill. For those who want to explore the area, 2 priority beach cruisers, 2 paddleboards, 2 adult and 2 kid kayaks are provided. On the Rocks 3 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 4th and top floor of the building.

The pool temperature is monitored remotely. Reach out ff you would like the temp schedule. If a higher temperature is required, guests will be billed in accordance with the Pool temperature rate schedule.

We would be happy to welcome your dog(s), but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
Advance Notice Required:
• You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you plan to bring a dog(s). Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be confirmed, updated &/or added to your reservation. *Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments as this is a breach of our terms and conditions contract.
• Dog Limits: Up to two (2) dogs allowed, totaling 100 pounds or less
• Pet Fee: $175 minimum per dog per reservation (up to one week). $350 per dog per month, depending on the reservation.
Not Permitted:
• No puppies under 12 months old
• The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid.
Rules While on Property:
• Dogs must be leashed and always restrained outside the unit.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
• All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property starts at the sidewalk and extends towards the street.
• Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
• Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs, Assistance Animals or Service Animals.
