Tucked away on 5 wooded acres with a private stream, mountain views, and a private trail on the property with several others nearby, this sun-filled home offers the perfect balance of quiet seclusion and easy access to the region’s best towns, trails, and excursions.
Explore upstate New York and unplug for a while! Skylights and oversized windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day, while heated floors and exposed wood beams give it warmth and character in every season. Two cozy private bedrooms, a spacious open lofted sleeping nook, and a dedicated desk space await!
Step outside to enjoy the large front deck and private secluded 5 walkable, wooded acres with a private stream and mountain views. The lazy comfort of a hammock invites you to that afternoon nap you’ve been wanting to take, or simply relax in one of our many outdoor seats or benches and truly be at peace in nature. The outdoor fire pits and furniture are perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night. Even in the summer, temperatures stay cool thanks to the shaded surroundings, but there’s also a window AC unit for those warmer afternoons. This property is the perfect spot for alone time, couple time or family togetherness.
Located just 15 minutes from Woodstock and Phoenicia, and 30 minutes from Kingston, Saugerties, Belleayre & Hunter Ski Resorts, there is so much to do and see!
