Despite this, our team remained responsive throughout the stay, provided updates as they became available, and even issued a goodwill refund to help offset the inconvenience. Regarding the bedding, the bedroom configurations are accurately represented in our listing and photos. We understand that mattress sizes can feel different depending on individual preferences and family needs, particularly for taller guests, but we are confident the accommodations provided matched the information advertised. When additional blankets and bedding were requested, our team promptly delivered them, along with anything else needed to help make the stay comfortable. Our goal is always to address concerns quickly and provide exceptional service, and we are proud of the effort our team made throughout this reservation.
