Guests have full access to the entire home. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM using our convenient keyless entry system. Please feel free to ask about ski, snowboard, or bike storage if needed.

Other Things to Note

No parties or events – This home is family-friendly and ideal for relaxing getaways, but we have a strict no-party policy, per City of Arvada rules.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM, in accordance with local guidelines.

Hot tub: Please shower before use, no food or drinks in the hot tub, and always close the cover after each use to keep it clean and warm.

Pets: We welcome service animals. Please inquire about other pet requests prior to booking so we can review on a case-by-case basis.

Accessibility: The home is a single-level ranch with only two steps at the entry.

Security: Exterior cameras are located at the front and back entrances, and a noise decibel monitoring device is installed to help maintain city noise compliance and neighborhood peace. There are no cameras inside the home.

Parking: There are two parking spots in the driveway and two additional spots available on the street.

Yard: Fully fenced for privacy and great for outdoor relaxation — enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and grill.

Weather: Colorado weather can change quickly! Please secure outdoor items if wind picks up.

Location: Conveniently close to the light rail, Downtown Arvada, and Downtown Denver — perfect for exploring local shops, restaurants, and attractions.
