Just a few steps from historic Main Street, shopping, restaurants, and your own private gate to Union Street, this newly completed and stunning two bedroom pied-a-terre has been tastefully decorated and mindfully redesigned with every modern amenity. This in-town haven offers a lovely garden oasis for outdoor dining and summer relaxation for small and large gatherings alike. Off-street parking for one car and located above retail space. First floor - spacious and bright foyer entry with a large closet with plenty of room for storage and stairs up to Second Floor - Painted stairs with a custom wool runner that leads to an open dining area with cathedral ceilings, open kitchen with custom center island with built-in microwave and stool seating, granite countertops, shiplap and custom tiling. All new top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of cabinet storage. Spacious living room with custom built-in cabinets, 60" HD TV. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a Powder Room with Laundry. Primary Bedroom with 48" HD TV, ensuite bath with tub and shower, custom vanity with plenty of cabinet space, double sinks, and linen closet. Large walk-in closet with built-ins, drawers, and plenty of shelf storage. Separate rear stairs to the private back patio, gardens, and outdoor shower. The Town of Nantucket or simply “Town” as many call it, is the epicenter of life on the island.
