Just beyond, the kitchen blends style and function with warm cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee options to kick-start your mornings. Counter seating for two keeps conversations flowing while meals come together, and the dining table for four is perfectly sized for shared breakfasts, dinners, or game nights.

With a dining table that seats eight and additional comfortable seating, this outdoor space is made for lingering meals, sunset conversations, and slow mornings with fresh air all around. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required. Passes may be purchased at the Welcome Center upon arrival at a rate of $7.00 per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

• This home is a main-floor, one level, walkup unit with 16 steps required to reach the main door.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog (no more than 25 lbs) may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
