James, having a bathroom attached to each bedroom while the shared areas stay roomy is a combination that suits groups well, and it sounds like it gave everyone their own space. You are always welcome back whenever the group wants another stay.

We are so glad that this guest enjoyed The Masters Lodge and yes, we agree the home is truly spectacular! Our management company does take pride in our customer service and hands on approach with assisting with booking confirmation, pre-arrival information and making sure everything is going well during their stay to see if there is anything they need. Like a waiter in a restaurant that checks in with guests during their meal, we want to make sure the experience is 5 Stars. Most all of our guests rave about their experience, but we understand some guests may not appreciate the communication, and we respect that (there were definitely not 20 communications :-). Specifically, there was an issue with the new dining table that the owner requested we physically check on, and we did reach out to the guest and they approved our visit to check the table; and our hot tub service is done by a long-standing company with checks before and after departure for guest convenience. We wish this group the best and appreciate their choosing Blue Pacific with over 20 years managing our amazing vacation homes.
