After a day of exploring, beaches, and crowds you can come home to enjoy a beautiful sunset, relax on the deck with your favorite beverage, or go to the pier looking for dolphins. No traffic, just a really cool fishing harbor with golf carts, bikes and an occasional group of horse back riders going for a walk. This delightful space features a cozy queen bed, vintage full bathroom and bidet. Guests stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. 24/7free boat launch minutes away, plenty of boat parking on premises. Quick walk to our Intracoastal beach to swim, fish or put your chair in the water and relax. We are dog friendly, leash required when outside, friendly no biting. Fur baby cannot be left alone for more than three hours at a time and when they are, they must be in a crate. This is their vacation as well. It is cruel to leave them alone in a place they don’t know Oak Island Southport, and surrounding areas are very pet friendly. We have a lot of wildlife in and around the property therefore we require for babies to be leashed. Thank you for understanding.
We don’t charge a cleaning fee… In return we appreciate our guests leaving The Retreat as clean and organized as when you arrived. If left untidy, and or unclean your credit card will be billed accordingly Seven years and our guests have been amazing! If additional services are needed after check out your VRBO account will be charged.
