Cozy detached private studio with private parking. Includes queen bed with sky lights and sitting area. Has a full size bathroom, kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and cooktop, microwave and coffee maker. Cable and WIFI provided. Outside has sitting areas along with a fire pit. Beautiful beachside neighborhood within walking or biking distance to the beach. Bikes are provided! Close to restaurants, bars, Oak Island Pier, grocery store, convenience stores, golf course, shops etc. Most are within biking distance. Small friendly dogs will be considered.

The place was perfect for 2 or even 3 if you have a little one! Very relaxing and quiet as well as legitimately right down the street from the beach (less than a 5 minute walk and I am lazy so that says something). Host was kind, understanding, and helpful. Highly recommend booking if you’re considering because you won’t regret it!!

Had an amazing stay on Oakland. Jason and Jessica were great host. Had no issues with parking and has a private driveway. They gave us recommendations for places to go. Was very clean, provided bikes to take to the beach.

We highly recommend this property for a couple looking for some time at the beach.Very clean, almost looks brand new, and perfect for our needs. The bathroom is spacious and kitchen came fully equipped, including complete stove/oven unit and HUGE fridge. And a bonus was the fact that we were only 2 short blocks from the beach….. allowing us to take a nice walk in the mornings and evenings. Our host, Jason, was very communicative and friendly.

We booked our mini vacation stay for our 41st wedding anniversary. The studio was exactly what we needed! The unit was very clean, the full kitchen was greatly appreciated, the bed was nice and soft, the bathroom was squeaky clean and the shower was really nice. We also loved sitting on the front porch area and enjoying the mockingbirds and dove that would visit. Location was close to the beaches as well as shops, stores and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Jason and talking with him about the unit and the area. Would definitely go there again.

What’s wonderful place to stay! The host was great and gave us ideas on where to go! Very clean and comfortable for my best friend and I. Short walk to the beach and the bikes were a huge plus. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect for our trip, 15 minute walk from the venue! We really appreciate our host’s attention to detail, walking into the studio with music playing and beach towels folded for us. The space was so charming and perfect for a little getaway. We would love to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

It was everything and more that my wife and I needed for a little weekend getaway on Oak Island. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We for sure will be back!

Oak Island Stay

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. This was a very nice and cozy rental with everything we needed. Very clean and modern place. Jason was a very gracious host and extremely friendly to us. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!
