*If the access card is lost, the penalty will be $50 (USD).

*A late check-out may be available for an additional $75.

* Electricity in Punta Cana is very expensive; for monthly rentals, there's a limit of 60 dollars of electricity consumption; if there's a difference, it will be charged through VRBO separately.
