Our beautifully appointed Mediterranean-style villa is nestled in the lush, landscaped neighborhood of Villa Lago on the bayside of the resort. This open-concept home features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, a covered back patio overlooking the canal, and a 6-passenger GOLF CART for effortless exploring. Located just ½ mile from the iconic Village of Baytowne Wharf and only a 10-minute golf cart ride to the beach, everything you need is within easy reach. The main level of our two story villa offers a spacious entry, a king primary suite with a private en suite bathroom, a separate hallway bathroom and a thoughtfully designed living area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in pantry, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed for everything from casual breakfasts to full meals. Dining seating for eight, along with additional bar seating for three, makes gathering easy. Both the living area and back patio overlook the tranquil canal, creating a peaceful backdrop throughout your stay.

Upstairs, you’ll find two guest bedrooms and an additional primary suite. The first guest room features a queen bed and private en suite bath. The second guest room offers full-over-full bunk beds—perfect for families—and also offers an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a king bed, TV, spacious sitting area overlooking the canal, and a twin-over-twin trundle for added flexibility. The en suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
