The Space:

Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, the Abacos condos at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa are ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances, cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-condo laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living area or main bedroom or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the high chair.



The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. An electric vehicle charger is available for guest use. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only ten miles from Walt Disney World, plenty of local dining and shopping options are nearby. Disney Springs offers more than 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles, and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.



The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on Lake Davenport's shore. With indoor and outdoor seating and a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice-cold drinks and signature burgers and fries! The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Outdoor parking is available at no charge.

Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.

Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
