This one-bedroom apartment features a large bedroom area complete with a comfortable king-sized bed, closet, and private en-suite bathroom with zero-threshold shower. This suite offers a firm memory foam mattress, luxury local bath products provided by The Village Refillery and premium linens and towels. The generous bedroom and spa-like bath are designed for restful comfort.

The full kitchen features a refrigerator, range with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is furnished with all necessary utensils for guest food service and preparation needs. Suite is supplied with drip and pour over coffee makers with complimentary coffee from renowned local roaster, Iconic Coffee. The open concept kitchen includes a dining table with seating for three.

The beautifully composed living space includes a luxurious sofa and armchair. Elegant touches and timeless Santa Fe allure create an inviting setting to relax and recharge. This thoughtfully arranged oasis creates a sense of balance and comfort, perfect for savoring quiet mornings or unwinding after a day of exploration.
There are large, wall-mount flat screen televisions in both the bedroom and living areas, as well as high speed internet in the suite and throughout the property. A shared washer and dryer for all guests is located off the first-floor lobby.

The Desert Marigold Suite is one of six private apartments located within the historic 1888 Hesch House. Each suite has been thoughtfully designed for peace and privacy and is completely yours during your stay.

Guest access
The Desert Marigold Suite is ADA accessible. It is a first-floor apartment entering off the back of the building with no steps. A paved walkway seamlessly connects this suite with both the street and a dedicated parking spot. Entrance by secure keypad allows for easy self-check-in. Assigned on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

**Please make sure you read the listing and House Rules in their entirety. All guests must review and fully agree to House Rules and Cancellation Policy.

House Rules:
Approved guests only. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Please upload a profile picture that clearly identifies you. This is for the safety and security of all guests of The Hesch House.

Absolutely NO smoking, drugs or any illegal activities allowed on the premises.

No candles, incense or burning of any substances on the premises.

No pets on the premises.

No parties or events on the premises.

Please be respectful of other guests, by being mindful of your volume, during your time on the premises. Please note, quiet hours are between 10PM and 7AM. Unruly behavior by guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the premises.

Please ensure suite doors are locked when leaving the premises.

No moving or rearranging of furniture or furnishings in suites.

Please be mindful when consuming food and beverages in suites to preserve the fine furnishings and artwork provided by Sukhmani Jewelry & Furnishings, located on the corner of Read St and Guadalupe St. If anything breaks, spills or stains, please contact your host as soon as possible. Any damage or need for excessive cleaning will result in a damage claim with VRBO and may be charged to your account.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. Parking arrangements are suite-dependent and will be described in detail in your welcome text/email. Please ensure additional vehicles are parked on the street and note the City of Santa Fe’s parking rules and regulations. Please ensure all valuables are removed from your vehicle before leaving it on our premises. The Hesch House is not liable for personal belongings left in cars.

Check-out time is 11:00AM.

Please follow this timeline as it allows us the minimum time necessary to properly prepare the suite for incoming guests.
