We loved our time at Villa Olivee. The location was perfect and having onsite parking was the best! The home had everything we needed and was such a great place to call home base while in Lake Como.

So peaceful

We had a wonderful time in Bellagio! This home is one of the best we’ve stayed at in all of Italy! The hosts are very easy to work with as well. Having the entire grounds to the property gives lots privacy. Each morning we would sit outside for breakfast in our PJs! Thank you for a great vacation!

The house was very comfortable for our family of four, it’s in a beautiful neighborhood, about 10 min walk to downtown. The hosts are extremely accommodating and helpful if there is anything you need. We highly recommend!

Great location

Located on the east side of the peninsula it’s away from the crowds. It’s a little walk to get into town but not too bad. The yard and grounds are spacious and the property is gated. The house is very nice and well kept.

Beautiful

The house and grounds were beautiful. When the washer did not work Luca took our laundry and returned it clean and dry. The very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms were wonderful. Great location too! I highly recommend this house.

Fantastic stay at Villa Olivee!

House was just as described, but even better. Communication with Luca and Mary was terrific, they are both so nice! The location of the house was perfect, very quiet, lots of outdoor space and just just a 10 minute walk into town. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Bellagio or better hosts! Stay here, you’ll be happy that you did!

Spectacular!

Villa Olivee is wonderful! The entire villa is modern, comfortable, well appointed and very charming. The grounds are lovely. The area is peaceful but just a brief walk to the center of Bellagio. Luca and Alessandra are warm, generous hosts, we really felt welcome! Communication with them was smooth. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in serene parklike setting and walkable to everywhere in area

Nicest VRBO home that I have ever rented. Very clean and so nicely furnished with all of the little amenities that make a stay enjoyable and makes you want to return. Very walkable to Bellagio and other small towns in the area. Great parking and very secure home and location. Relaxing spaces indoors and outside in the garden area. I would put this at the top of my list in looking for a home in the Lake Como area.

Lovely property. great location

Everything about this property is 5 star. The house is spotless, very comfortable, and very well equipped. It's quiet and secluded with views around the mountains. Everything is an easy 10 minute walk - Bellagio center, the ferry terminal, grocery store, restaurants etc. The hosts are super helpful, comfortable with English, and easy to communicate with. I recommend without hesitation and would hope to book again should we return to Lake Como.

Wonderful stay in Bellaggio at Villa Olivee

A high quality property with modern features and peaceful private grounds. Lake Como views from the property and unrestricted vistas a few paces out the front gate. A short walk to picturesque Pescallo fishing village and a very manageable walk into central Bellaggio. The hosts were there to welcome us and gave us a quick and useful introduction to the area and the property features. We enjoyed a couple of lovely barbecues in the grounds surrounded by Lake Como’s mountainous backdrop.

Perfect “starter villa” away from crowds

Loved the villa and location 10 minutes away from crowds. Immaculately cleaned, hotel quality comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen with clothes washing machine, new,modern, high quality renovation keeping charm of country villa in a beautifully landscaped setting. Wish we could have stayed longer. Villa even has central air conditioning. Luca was very communicative and helpful. We nicknamed it our “starter villa”.

Fantastic stay at Villa Olivee

We spent four nights at Villa Olivee as a base for our cycling holiday in Como. The Villa was perfect for us, spacious, comfortable rooms with all the amenities we needed such as cooking facilities and washing machine etc. Luca was extremely helpful with recommendations for eating and it was easy to contact him via watsapp with any questions. The location could not have been more perfect. A lovely restaurant and cafe close by, and only a ten minute pleasant walk to the center of Bellagio. I couldn't recommend Villa Olivee more highly and would certainly use it again for our next trip. Thank you Luca!

Incredible home wonderful host,

This home was beautiful. All the finishings were first rate. The host thought of everything there was fresh food in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen appliance were high end and easy to cook with. Most of our time was outside looking at the view. The grounds of the house really did make you feel like you were in Italy. It was an easy walk to city center and the ferries. We all loved our time here and would go back,

Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Olivee. Communication from the property managers was timely and professional. We loved the quieter location in Pescallo and the space and privacy of our own residence. The yard was so lovely to enjoy before and after our daily outings. The extra touches of fresh fruit, snacks, and beverages were very thoughtful after a long day of travel. The house was very well stocked with everything needed for even a longer stay and there is a grocery store in walking distance. We enjoyed the short 10 min walk to Bellagio. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to friends.

Wonderful Home!

We loved our stay here!! The home is in a perfect location. Walking into the gates and through the olive trees after our Bellagio adventures was very special. And at nighttime, the lights along the driveway are beautiful. The home has everything needed for a perfect stay and is super clean. The large, fenced yard was also fun for my 8 year old to play. There are many different beautiful spots on the property inside and outside to relax. Loved being able to walk to delicious bakeries and two grocery stores, too. Pescallo is a beautiful village and convenient to everything. The owners are very kind and welcoming people. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for a perfect stay in your lovely home!

Wonderful stay in Bellagio!

This home was just as described on the listing! Our gracious host met us personally at the Villa and reviewed how things in the house worked - perfect for crazy Americans not used to European technology! The home was comfortable and inviting. Plenty of spaces to relax both inside and out! We cooked some meals at home and the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed - even used the outside grill. The home was very clean and came with all the essentials! Nice location just a 10-15 minute walk to the town center. There were supermarkets within a 15 minute walk and lots of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend!

Villa of relaxation and ease

My husband and I loved Villa Olivee! Luca and Mary were excellent to communicate with and gave us a warm welcome of fruit and Prosecco. At first we were worried that the location would be noisy due to the parking lot being close by but we didn’t hear barely any traffic noise at all. The villa comes equipped with everything you need including all kitchen utensils to make yourself an authentic Italian meal. There are two local grocery stores you can shop at that has pretty much everything you need. The villa is a very short walking distance to all the shops at Bellagio. We were surprised how close everything was! Thank you Luca and Mary for making our stay in Bellagio so relaxing and easy!

Great Villa in Bellagio

The villa is perfectly located, just a short 10 min walk to town. Bellagio is beautiful and we are so glad we chose this area for our short stay in Lake Como. The town is beautiful. Tons of shops and restaurants. the ferry is an easy way to see other towns on the lake and they come several times a day. the house upon arrival was great. Luca greeted us, gave us a tour and even had some amenities for us! water, milk, fresh fruit and prosecco! the house really had anything you need for your stay. the property is large with multiple areas to sit and eat or hang out. the property was quiet and peaceful, plenty of parking and also gated. the bedrooms were great. mattresses and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. the owners provided 2 chaise lounges for us to use but there are no beach towels. there are a few places very close by to go swimming in the lake. the lake is beautiful. Clean, cool and refreshing :) the only criticism would be the air conditioning. we were at the house in late August and the temperatures in Italy are quite hot. there are restrictions in the area that you can not lower the air temperature below 75 degrees and that made it a little hard to sleep at night. We really had a great stay at the Villa and would highly recommend staying here!
