• These are 3 adjoining 4-story townhomes—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as the bedrooms.

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• This home includes all three sister townhomes—Music City A, Music City B, and Music City C—located side by side on the same property. Smaller groups are encouraged to book the individual units. If your group grows, our combined options—Music City A&B, Music City A&C, and Music City B&C—provide access to two of the three homes.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
