Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, with the exception of the locked owner closets.

To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with essential items. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to restock supplies.

- 1 travel-size shampoo & conditioner per bathroom
- 1 hand soap per bathroom
- 3 trash bags
- 1 dish soap
- 1 sponge
- 3 dishwasher pods

Guest Verification:
For the safety of all guests, we may request a valid government-issued photo ID after booking. This is for verification purposes only.

Additional Guests:
If extra guests are found staying on the property without prior approval, a $50 per person, per night fee will apply. Reservations may also be subject to cancellation through the platform for violating house rules.

Check-in / Check-out:
Early check-in or late check-out is available for $50 per hour.

Pet Policy:
Welcoming up to 2 pets at $150 each with approval required prior to arrival.
- Pets must remain leashed outdoors.
- Pets cannot be left unattended at any time.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture and carpeted areas.
- Guests are responsible for cleanup.

Failure to follow pet rules (e.g., unauthorized approval of pets, pets on furniture, excessive mess, or unattended pets) may result in an additional cleaning/damage fee of $150–$450.

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside our home. A $250 fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking inside or outside is found.
