Guest Access:

Self check-in with an access code. We send you a personal code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within the established hours) with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site. We stay reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Downtown Cancun is a vibrant, lively area with a unique mix of local culture, shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is the heart of the city, where locals and visitors meet to enjoy everything Cancun has to offer.



Nearby you will find traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, full of handicrafts, souvenirs and local products, plus countless restaurants and cafes serving regional and international cuisine, clothing stores and jewelers. Parque de las Palapas, a public park with cultural events and outdoor concerts, is just a short walk away, and the ADO bus station connects you to the rest of Quintana Roo.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is very walkable. If you need transportation or a car rental, your concierge can help you arrange it.

The property has no private parking; free street parking is available subject to availability.

Other Things to Note:

The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only, to reinforce building security; none invade guest privacy.



Guest registration: before arrival we will request a photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property and a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This keeps a good relationship with neighbors and complies with building rules.



Nature: you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for this environment.



Cleaning & amenities: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking during the stay is available for an additional cost.



Air conditioning: for proper operation, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on and do not set it below 21C.
