We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established hours), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in accommodation. However, we will be aware of anything you need during your stay.

The studio is located a few blocks from the beach.

The famous Fifth Avenue where you will find restaurants, bars and shops is very close.

As well as the shopping mall, supermarkets, gas stations, everything is close.

It is not necessary to rent a car to move within Playa del Carmen, however if you are going to go out to the Riviera Maya if necessary.

Other Things to Note:

The condo has parking, however it is subject to availability, if you have a car ask the guards if there are any available spaces.



Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival we will ask you for a passport photo or ID of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



⚠️ Please note that there may be noise coming from outside, especially from nearby parties or nightclubs.



The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.
