The inside was beautiful, well-organized, nice floor plan. The bed is very very high.The outside grounds including the wood patio area need help but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The only complaint I have is that the area of the River you are on is not really swimmable. But overall this place was a 9/10!! Especially if you are bringing a pet!

Super cute place. Great outdoor space when the weather is agreeable. True 1 bed 1 bath (bathroom in bedroom) but quite a few extra spaces for single sleepers (2 additional cot type beds and a daybed on a screened in porch weather permitting)

We had a wonderful stay. The home was spacious, comfortable, and made for a perfect spring break getaway. One of our favorite features was the deck—it was such a relaxing place to spend the afternoon, especially while watching the deer nearby. It was peaceful and exactly what we were hoping for in a getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

The interior of the house itself was fine. It was clean and very pet friendly. The exterior maintenance could use some improvement. The deck area definitely has some age to it along with the outdoor furniture. It didn’t feel too safe in some areas. There were several yellow jacket nests that should have been treated and removed prior to our arrival. The yard also needed to be mowed. It appears the property management company is not keeping things updated and maintained. We also did not get the gate code prior to our arrival (just the front door code) and had to call to get it. I would say we paid for more than what is advertised for this property.
