An older home but top of the works views. Dog friendly with a great fenced in pool area looking over the canyon lake valley. House was private, spacious and comfortable. A.C. and heat worked great. Would book again. Management group very quick to respond. Thanks.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the spectacular setting atop a hill overlooking the lake region. It was remote and quite and the pool and pool deck were very inviting. The sunsets were spectacular from this mountaintop location. Additionally, the game room was a big hit with our kids and grandkids. Communication and instructions from the property manager were timely and well-done. The house was pretty much as described, although it is an older house that shows notable signs of wear – particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. The 4th bedroom access is awkward in that you have to go through the upstairs bathroom to get to the bedroom. That said, the house is spacious and worked well for our family gathering. The A/C worked well during the hot summer day.

The best part was being outside, in the pool with an amazing view. The communication with the host was excellent as well. The house was spacious and had a lot of beds. But the mattresses and bedding were very uncomfortable and cheap (pilling sheets and very old mattresses). There were box fans in each closet, but they were coated in dust, as were the ceiling fans and air vents. The kitchen was spacious, but all of the plates were chipped, and there were only 5 dinner plates. The house needs A LOT of basic maintenance and nice touches added. If those things were addressed, the house would probably be worth the price.
