Experience a fantastic Texas Hill Country lake retreat at Stonecrest Shores, a stunning home that overlooks the sparkling waters of Canyon Lake. The home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 10 guests, offering the perfect setting for a getaway with family and friends.

The living room is a perfect blend of modern style and Texas charm, with a beautiful fireplace and comfortable seating arranged around a flat-screen TV. Adjoining the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats six with views to the lake and the adjacent bar accommodates up to four diners. The kitchen features abundant storage, modern appliances, and ample counter space for creating your culinary wonders. Access to the upper-level patio is easy from the main level common areas. On the patio you ll find a large grill, plenty of seating and an outdoor table that accommodates ten.The main level master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, deck access and an adjoining full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Downstairs houses a spacious game room complete with pool table, TV, and kitchenette. The second king suite offers access to both the lower deck and the downstairs full bath.On the far side of the game room from the second king suite you ll find the third and fourth king suites which are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. A separate staircase originating in the game room leads up to the fifth king master suite which boasts a high level of privacy, upper deck access, and an attached full bath.

The lower level patio can be accessed from the upper level patio and various entry points on the lower level of the home. This patio features ample seating and a small infinity pool, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the view of the lake. ***Please note this is an infinity pool, and not a hot tub, therefore it is unable to be heated. From the lower patio stone steps lead to a covered pavilion where you can enjoy drinks or picnic near the water. The steps continue to the water s edge where you can step right into the lake or just enjoy lounging lakeside in the loungers.

Beautiful Property!

The property is beautiful and was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The five bedroom house, all with king beds, was perfect for our weekend getaway with four other couples. The house was well kept and had ample space, both indoors and out. Views, lake access and plunge pool were a hit with all as well!!

the picture doesn't meet reality

We expected the house at the lake site. But the lake was gone. Waterlevel has dropped and the lake is now for less then 50% full, or empty as you like. The price is based on location and view. That was for us the reason to choose this property. Very disappointing.

Great place

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for our family to get together. We didn't get a chance to enjoy all of the outdoor space as much as I wanted due to the unusually cold weather. But the outside area and landscaping looks awesome for warm sunny days. We will especially look at staying here during warmer months.

Plenty of Room

We had a terrific stay here! The property is truly amazing and the maintained super well. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds super comfy and everything super clean!! The "crows nest" bedroom, as I we called it, has great seclusion and privacy. Almost every bedroom has a door directly to outside, so you didn't really have to disturb the house to go out and enjoy the sunrise! Highly recommend!

Great location

Great location right on the lake with great views. Huge house with plenty of space for everyone. It's a shame the TX droughts have dried up the lake so much that you can hardly get to the water. Checked in on a Sunday and had some questions about operating blinds and heating the spa, but property manager never responded as they are apparently not available on Sunday and did not respond at all during our stay.

Good Stay Overall

Everything clean and well appointed, but some patio furniture was damaged when we arrived. Not able to use. Too cold for xfinity pool, but good scenery. Left some items but do not know how to contact, since we did not find anyone to report them to.

We had a marvelous time duing our annual sibling reunion. House is beautiful and we would love to come back. Minor issues, jack and jill bathroom and upstair smaller bedroom had mold in shower and the diverter is broken. More water in tub than to shower head.Almost no clothes hangers in bedrooms. TV remotes batteries are either dead or belong to a diffrent TVs.

A diamond in the rough!

I want so badly to give this house a 5 star review but, the house keeping just falls short. The sheets are not deep pocket but, the mattresses are big. Therefore, the sheets come off the bed every night and that is aggravating. The comforter had what looked like a spaghetti stain on it which tells me it wasn't washed or changed after the last guests. Also, there was hair and stains on the sheets. They probably weren't changed either. The housekeepers brought new sets of sheets and a new comforter so I was thankful for that. There was broken glass on the kitchen floor.... it probably wasn't swept. There were dead bugs in the house but, thank goodness they weren't alive!! The management team were very responsive and I appreciated that. This house could have been absolutely perfect had it been cleaner. I will be back to give them a second chance!!! The house was in a good location. It was close to a good deep boat ramp (not the one across the cove). There are stores and restaurants nearby. Gruene is about 25 minutes away so there was plenty to do!

Terrible cleaning effort

The property was beautiful and spacious. My family and I had a great time. However, the dishes were left dirty, food caked up on plates, drinking glasses, bowls etc. also 2 bags full of old food and dirty diapers was left in a cabinet that caused a disgusting smell. We weren't able to locate the bags until the morning of check out. The cleaning crew is terrible and clearly half assed cleaning up the property. Likely, won't go book again because of this.

Beautiful lakefront house!

Only reason the house got 4 stars was due to a blood stained towel and the fridge leaking all over the place. One of the guest bedrooms frame/mattress was likely missing springs as it sunk in the middle and two of the toilets were plugged up. I'm addition, there's a burn notice so we couldn't use the pit as advertised but completely understand. Overall beautiful home would stay again if these small issues could get resolved.

Nice property, but needs some attention

The house layout and bedroom situation was perfect for my group of 9 adults. Kitchen was well appointed but lacked knives and cutting boards, and the ice dispenser for the refrigerator didn’t work, but there is an ice maker downstairs. Bedroom ceiling fans were very noisy and the master bath lights flickered constantly. The outdoor areas were very nice but a bit tired. Pool tiles were broken, ants were a big problem, landscaping dead (while neighbors had nice gardens). The lakeside area fan/lights didn’t work. The driveway is very steep and a bit hard to navigate. The view is not the best but expected with the current drought. Overall a nice house and a fun stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hanging out on the deck.

AMAZING VIEWS!!!!

We stayed for three days at this amazing property. It is right on the water! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that there was a pool and from the pictures thought it may be a little small but it fit 10 ppl in it comfortably. My husband brought his boat and was able to tie onto a buoy located right in front of the property. The boat launch was literally across the lake from this property. We brought our own floats and spent most of our time right on the lake. The house was clean and tidy. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all our guests. We definitely had enough space. Love that downstairs there is an additional fridge and individual ice maker which was conveniently located closer to the pool and bottom level. This property definitely has a lot of stairs and some of our elderly family had issues with walking all the way down to the lake but unfortunately that’s just what you have to do to get to the lake. Will definitely stay here again!

Great House Horrible Customer Service

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE! The short is we had a wonderful time, until the air conditioning went out on the first floor. We reached out and they took hours to respond and never showed up Saturday night. It was 89 degrees on the second floor. We sent texts, pictures and the like to the management service. NO ONE CAME! Not that night or Sunday morning. I reached out after the trip. I appreciate the young lady who answered the phone. She has sent ticket after ticket to management regarding my concern. It has been almost two weeks and I still have not heard from the property manager. I have not been compensated for over 12 hours of not having air conditioning. If I’m being honest, I think the air was not working when we got there. I hope that they reach out soon.
