Outdoor area
Enjoy the stars and family stories around the large in ground fire pit. Have a bbq with the gas grill- Relax in your rocking chairs under the covered porch or furnished patio while the kids play in the private yard. Or head over to the properties river access area and have a picnic while fishing.

*A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
*You must be 23 to rent
*No 3rd party bookings. The person booking must be the person staying.

*Check out is 10:30am. There is a $50 charge for staying a 1/2 hour past check and $100 for every half hour after that. Please understand, other guests are arriving and the property needs to be cleaned and prepped for them as it was for your stay.

* There is a camera monitoring the outdoor area of the property. It records motion and sound and can be accessed in real time or recordings reviewed if needed.

*Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of discovery so we can address them. If we are not allowed entry to resolve an issue, or if concerns are reported after checkout, refunds will not be provided.
