Man muss es gesehen haben, um es zu glauben ... Diese fantastische Wohnung in der obersten Etage von The VIEW befindet sich auf dem Hauptkanal des TABLE ROCK LAKE! Genießen Sie die ungehinderte atemberaubende Aussicht auf den See und die herrlichsten Sonnenuntergänge, die Sie je gesehen haben, direkt von unserem Deck und unserem tollen Zimmer aus.

Das zweistöckige Familienzimmer mit Gewölbedecke, die Küche und die Essecke bieten BILDERBLICK auf den Table Rock Lake!

Der Seeblick, den wir hier in unserer Anzeige gezeigt haben, stammt ALLE von UNSEREM Deck und unseren Fenstern. Unser Motto lautet: Solange Sie an den See kommen, können Sie auch AUF DEM SEE sein!

Genießen Sie Frühstück, Mittagessen und herrliche SUNSET DINNERS von unserem Deck oder einfach drinnen am großen Esstisch neben dem Panoramafenster mit VOLLBLICK auf den SEE.

Diese prächtige, geräumige und wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung bietet zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, beide mit bequemen Queensize-Betten und jeweils mit einem eigenen Bad, dem Master mit Whirlpool-Badewanne. Das Loft im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine Doppelkoje mit ausziehbarem Rollbett und ein komplettes Wannen- / Duschbad.

Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für 6 Personen am schönen Esstisch mit Mangoholz-Stangenhöhe. Und Platz für 4 auf der Insel. Wir haben sogar einen Waffeleisen und eine Pfannkuchenpfanne und natürlich einen Keurig!

Machen Sie es sich nach Sonnenuntergang auf unseren super bequemen gestreiften Strandsofas gemütlich und genießen Sie einen Film auf dem Flachbildfernseher! Wir haben Kabel, Netflix, eine schöne Bibliothek von Amazon-Filmen und kostenlosem WIFI.

Es gibt einen Außenpool neben der Wohnung sowie den Emerald Point Clubhouse Pool vom Memorial Day bis zum Labor Day. Wenn Sie gerne im See schwimmen, gibt es auch einen Weg hinunter zum Wasser.

Der Jachthafen von Branson Bay ist zu Fuß erreichbar und Sie können Boote, Jetskis, Kajaks und andere Ausrüstungsgegenstände mieten. Sie bieten eingezäunten Boot / Anhänger Lagerung im Freien, wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mitbringen.

Wonderful top floor end unit. Clean, spacious and comfortable - exactly as depicted in the photos. The large, well-stocked kitchen made it easy to put together meals. The view is fabulous - we spent a lot of time on the deck watching wildlife, boaters and the Branson Belle. Very quiet and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

This really is the BEST view of Table Rock Lake. Sunsets and moon views were amazing. Expansive views of the center of lake. Security onto gated property is like Fort Knox, which made us feel very safe. This property has distance from the tourists area's of Branson; also a good thing. Would definitely recommend a stay to seniors (like us) who need elevator access. All amenities were as advertised.

Best views!

So this condo is beautiful and immaculate! The views alone are reason to book. There are trails leading down to the lake on either side of the building. One with stairs, one without. I preferred without, it was less steep. The pool is really close by so that was great for the kids. We spent time watching the boats and kayakers go by from the huge picture window in the dining room. There were only a couple issues, no ice/water from the freezer. And the 2nd bedroom shower was not draining well. Not a huge deal but just slight inconveniences. The owner was made aware and was going to fix those issues. Also the dining room, counter seats and outside furniture are bar height. Not great to spend a lot of time sitting in but thats just personal preference. She does provide 2 regular height chairs on the patio so that was nice. The owner was easy to reach and made everything from booking to check in a breeze. The gated community is beautiful and easy to reach. Book a stay here, youll love it!

Great stay, great location

We were looking for a place with an amazing Lake view, to be outside of town but close enough to take advantage of Branson’s activities, close to outdoor activities offered through Cabela’s (top of the rock, Dogwood Canyon, etc) as well as a trip to Eureka Springs. This place met all of the needs for our family, our kids range in age from 11-20, so we needed a mix of options close by! When we had a few unforeseen glitches at check in, the owners were quick to respond and fix things, & checked in again a bit later to make sure everything was still going as they had wished. We were able to fit in all the adventures we had hoped during our trip, and be back in time for a few sunsets and for our son to spend a lot of time skipping rocks on the shore since it was too early in the season to be on the lake! Very clean, well taken care of, spent every evening at the high top table playing games and could still see the lake while doing so - met our needs completely!

Best view of the lake in a great condo

Our family stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful visit. The view is breathtaking. It is spacious and had great accommodations for us and our four daughters. Very accessible to the strip and downtown Branson. We are already talking about coming back.

Lovely condo on the lake

Peaceful lovely condo. Great view of the lake from living/dining/kitchen space and deck. Nothing fancy about the accomodations, but very clean and super comfy and welcoming. Shawn was helpful and responsive when we had problems with the entry gate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent much of our 3 days there at the condo. Would stay again.

Beautiful Views, Relaxing Space

We found the listing to be spot on to our experience - incredible views, good proximity to all things in Branson (if that's your thing), spacious, clean accommodations. Host was very responsive and instructions for access and property amenities were clearly stated. Though you had to navigate a set of fairly steep stairs to access the elevator, having the elevator and the shopping cart was a god-send as the condo was on the top floor of The View - making for the incredible views!

Perfect Stay!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here to complete a perfect weekend! The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. Shawn made it so easy to enter into the complex which was nice rather than deal with entering in gate codes. The fact that there are three bedrooms with three full bathrooms was absolutely perfect for us! We would definitely come back!

Sight & Sound Trip #2

We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to Branson to see the Sight & Sound production of Queen Esther. Our stay at The View was again comfortable, beautiful and enjoyable. We ate at Danna’s Barbecue, Fuel & the Hungry Hunter and this time also tried Carly’s Healthy Cuisine - all were worth a return visit. Spent a beautiful day on Table Rock Lake renting a pontoon from State Park Marina. Hope to get to come again. Shawn is a wonderful host to work with and made our stay super easy.

The view truly is gorgeous!

We loved the property. We could not get enough of the view of the lake and countryside! It was a short walk down to the lake were hiking was great and swimming was fun for the grandkids. The kitchen is so well-stocked there was hardly room for the food we brought. 😊 The condo was immaculate! We took advantage of some boat rentals at the nearby state park marina which was very handy. Was so glad to see an elevator and carts to carry things up and down. Super vacation stay!

The lake views we show you on our ad are ALL taken from OUR own deck and windows. Our motto is, as long as you are coming to the lake you may as well be ON THE LAKE!!!

We are one of the few true "LAKE FRONT" condos located right on the waters edge on the main channel of Table Rock Lake with an "UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW" of the lake! This is a big spacious penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings is very well appointed for your comfort and convenience, with a huge, butter soft, leather sectional and a 85" surround sound TV! Three bedrooms (one is a second floor open wall loft with a darkening privacy shade) and three bathrooms, clean, comfortable. Each room has a ceiling fan and box fan, each room has two luggage racks and large closets too. The main floor bedrooms have blackout draperies and the loft bedroom has a room darkening shade that comes down for light control and privacy. The large kitchen has everything you could want for cooking and baking, making pancakes or waffles, and enjoy brewed coffee or
K-cups. Enjoy the outdoors from the balcony deck which offers complete privacy since we are the end unit. Being the end unit on the top floor, in addition to privacy, there is no pitter-patter of footsteps to disturb your peace. We have tried to think of everything you could want or need for your stay with us!
