Amenity Closures: Due to the construction, the community center, clubhouse, fitness center, and on-site laundry facilities are all UNAVAILABLE until further notice.
Laundry Service: There is no washer or dryer inside the condo. A laundry service can be provided upon request for a fee of $50.
