Brand new studio in the heart of Playa!



This is a brand new building. Rooftop pool, gym, kids club and ground floor pool to enjoy the best out of this location.



The Space:

The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay.



Blender, toaster, coffee maker, Smart TV, king size bed, silverware, pots, pans and utensils.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, full-size refrigerator with freezer and 2 electric burners.



We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.



Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.



We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests will need to register and present IDs at the front desk.



If you need access to the building's underground parking, please let us know in advance, and we will provide you with an RF tag upon arrival. To issue the tag, we will require a deposit of MXN $500 (cash only), which will be refunded upon check-out once you return the tag.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen’s downtown, the apartment sits just eight blocks from the Caribbean Sea and tucked between Av. 30 and 35 on Calle 38 Norte. You’re within walking distance of top dining spots like La Cueva del Chango, La Vagabunda de la 38 and charming cafés along 5th Avenue. Ideal for experiencing local buzz and beach calm in one go.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze: the beach is about a 7-minute walk, 5th Avenue shopping and nightlife are steps away, and taxis/colectivos are nearby for trips to cenotes or Tulum. A nearby convenience store and local transit stop make spontaneous plans easy. Safe, central and optimized for your Riviera Maya adventure.

Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required



We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.

We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.

For bookings 28 days or longer, we're billing electric usage separately. For bookings 7+ days we request a mandatory change of linens at an extra cost to keep our linens clean and be able to provide all our guests with quality linens.
