The Space:

This beautiful apartment offers a King-size bed with stunning ocean views, a Smart TV, and high-speed internet for your entertainment and connectivity needs. The space is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs, a full bathroom, and a refrigerator.



The building features an elevator, a spectacular rooftop with an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a private barbecue area perfect for socializing and relaxation.



Guest Access:

On your check-in day, you will be sent a code to access the main entrance and your apartment. We have a 24/7 reception desk.



The Neighborhood:

It's ideally located in the heart of Playa del Carmen-Riviera Maya, just steps from the iconic Fifth Avenue and very close to the Caribbean beaches.

In this setting, you'll find charming cafes, boutique shops, restaurants ranging from healthy vegan food to fresh seafood, and a vibrant atmosphere both day and night. At the same time, you're close enough to the coast to enjoy oceanfront sunsets without sacrificing urban conveniences.



Getting Around:

Playa del Carmen's main beach and Mamitas Beach are just a 10-15 minute walk away.

- Fifth Avenue, full of life, shops, and diverse cuisine, is ideal for strolling, discovering street art, or simply sitting and enjoying the atmosphere.

- For a day trip: the cenotes, the Mayan jungle, and Riviera Maya theme parks like Xcaret Park offer experiences that depart from here.

- In short: you'll be in a place that blends the best of the sea, the city, and nature—connectivity, comfort, and access to the authentic Mexican Caribbean.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance your arrival experience, we provide a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bags for the bin, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase additional supplies locally if needed.

We offer salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be made before 5:00 p.m.



For added convenience, linens and towels can be replaced for an additional fee (the same applies to a full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services, subject to staff availability.



If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



We strive to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take care of them and avoid using them to clean the floor or remove makeup to prevent additional charges.



Travel crib available - Advance request required

We offer travel cribs for $15 USD per stay, which include a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making the request. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.



The apartment also features an energy-saving system with a PIR sensor that automatically turns off the air conditioning when guests are not present, ensuring both comfort and sustainability. Entry is seamless with an electronic lock for your convenience.
