2 full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining area has seating for 10 with all the necessary dinnerware. Nespresso & Drip Coffee Maker for added convenience. Must bring your own Pods.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 cars.

The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe checkin time is 4pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.

• No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is welcome outside only.
• Security – Outdoor cameras are in place for your safety.
• Quiet Enjoyment – Kindly keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors.
• Support – If any issue comes up, let us know right away. While we’re not on-site 24/7, we’ll do our best to resolve things quickly.
• Nature in South Florida – Due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally see ants or roaches even in the cleanest homes. We provide monthly professional pest control and appreciate your understanding.
