Beautifully sited on a tranquil Kiawah lagoon just a six-minute bicycle ride from the beach, the family-friendly home at 571 Whimbrel Road enjoys fairway views of the Tom Fazio-designed Osprey Point golf course and an airy interior with high ceilings and expansive windows.

The water and golf views are visible from the moment of entry, as the high-ceilinged foyer opens into the home's two-story living room, streaming with sunlight from three tiers of windows. Glass doors open to a wide sundeck overlooking the water, which provides both privacy from the fairway and wildlife sightings. Relax poolside or enjoy grilling on the deck!

One side of the living room opens to the dining room with its white wainscoting, tray ceiling, and glass doors leading to the sundeck. The adjacent kitchen is spacious, with a center island topped with butcher block and a three-sided breakfast bar open to the sunny breakfast nook. The appliances include a refrigerator and dishwasher paneled to match the cabinetry and a U-Line® wine cooler. A cooktop and prep sink are set into the granite countertops below the breakfast bar, allowing for easy conversation with guests before dinner.

A private family room opens from the kitchen, with a wide glass door leading to the home's hexagonal screened porch overlooking the golf course.

Tucked away on the other side of the living room is the master suite. The bedroom enjoys a tray ceiling and its own access to the sundeck, and the master bath features an expansive walk-in shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a jacuzzi tub below a wide arched window.

Upstairs is an open loft with a wide arched window, built-in home office nook, and plenty of space for games and entertainment. Three spacious, cream-colored bedrooms with pale wool carpet and white trim offer comfortable sleeping quarters for family and guests, and each bathroom includes a shower with glass doors.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
