This cozy home has 2 king beds among 9 total beds with smart TVs in every bedroom and in the living room as well!

Rest easy knowing that this amazing property is professionally and regularly maintained with a large variety of service contracts with professional companies that include same day and after hours emergency services for the unlikely event you experience any issues during your stay!
-Air conditioning / HVAC: Air filters are replaced every 4 weeks. We also have a contract with professional company that includes: 1) regular cleaning and maintenance 2 times per year and 2) priority same-day and after hours emergency service for any unlikely issues!
-Hot tub: We have a contract with professional company that includes cleaning and chemical testing 2 or 3 times per week (varies by season) and they are on-call for same day emergency services for any unlikely issues!
-Landscaping and gardening: We have a contract with a professional company who comes 1 or 2 times per month (varies by season)!
-Pest control: We have a contract with a professional company who comes once every 2 months and provides same day service for any unlikely issues!
-Others: We utilize and contract with a professional cleaning company, a professional linen company, professional handymen, professional plumbers, and appliance techs who are all on call to handle any needs that may arise including same day and after hours emergency services for any unlikely issues!

Secondly - you are a 3 min walk (less than 0.2 miles) from the nearest large grocery store - Piggly Wiggly so you don't have to go far for any basic needs you may have! There is also a Shell gas station that includes a 24-hour quick mart within 2 min walk of the house! For larger needs there is a Costco & a Walmart Super Center located about 5 min drive away (2.5 miles)!
