The property is also 5 minutes away from the front gate to RRPOA RIVER RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION

We have to very special friends that stay on the property with us Frankie and Franny they are “mini donkeys” they are as friendly as can be. You are more than welcome to feed them we actually leave out food and treats so families can feed them if you like to.

Property is modern but we are still in the outdoors. You never know what kind of wildlife you may see!

Property is on filtered well water. We do also have a fresh drinking water dispenser.

I don’t suggest drinking the sink water even though it is filtered since it is well water. It tends to have a small and doesn’t taste the best, but it is 100 percent safe to drink if you like.

We do provide drinking water, free WiFi, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, feed for the donkeys, toothbrushes and fresh air.
