The home is beautiful and very private. The fishing was excellent. Easy access for the boat, with great fishing from both the lake and the dock. Mark was a wonderful host. Check in was simple. The pool is glorious overlooking the canal and the private woods. We saw eagles, otters, owls and many more birds. The fire pit was a great set up. Everything was wonderful. Thank you Mark for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We will be back.

We came down fishing for a week and the place worked perfectly for us. Great communication with property owner. Let us in early as we traveled all night.

Great Place to unwind

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Quiet place to unwind and enjoy nature with one another. My boys loved the pool and the nightly games of pool were a plus. Loved the surrounding area too!

Great for us fishermen

Nice, well kept property at the end of a street. Lots of parking for boats (We had 3). Boat ramp to the lake was at the end of the street and Lake Kissimmee is 16 minutes away. Great location to stay.

Relaxing oasis

Quiet location, very comfortable, great amenities. The only sound I heard other than nature was a lawn mower once. The pool table was a nice bonus feature most VRBO rentals don't have.

Everything was great and kids had a great time.They said they wish they had lights in pool area and maybe they couldn’t find them ,screens fixed for bugs and cobwebs and furniture cleaned.We have been in area before and love it so was glad to find a nice rental.

Fantastic stay

What a wonderful rental host was great and accommodating to everything home had everything we needed home was laid out with everything we needed Game Room pool was awesome Fishing was great yard for everybody to run around fire pit all kinds of fishing bass and catfish and we caught off the back doc and bluegill Wildlife everywhere alligators deer Birds sandhill crane owl you name it it's out there roads around River bring your side by sides or golf carts boats can't wait to rent again

Our Favorite!

We absolutely loved this gem of a place. The location was awesome, we loved the privacy. It was so peaceful and quiet. The pool and pool table was a hit with the children. We caught fish off the dock and built a fire in the fire pit and relaxed. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. Mark was extremely kind and helpful. Cannot say enough good things out this place.

Great Get A Way

What a great quiet location in Lake Wales. The house was perfect for the 5 of us.. Beds were very comfortable & plenty of room in the kitchen and through out the house - screened porch in the front and back! We fished every night - didn't catch anything but it was so fun to watch all the wildlife. We have to come back sometime in the summer to be able to use the pool

This place was pretty amazing. Kids loved the pool. Adults loved the pool. House was very spacious. Pool table was a plus. Could use a bigger frying pan, took a while to cook up country fried steak strips. Plenty of birds and lizards to watch. My nephew caught a monster 10 pounder off the boat dock in the back yard. Wish I could post a pic of it on here. Just an awesome week had by all. Already talking about next trip. Thank you

Disappointed

The home was great, clean and comfortable however, the pool area was not. Green algae was growing on the pool side walls and steps. The outdoor furniture cushions were dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. We had selected this property after confirming that the pool was heated during the winter months but upon arrival we were informed the pool heater had not been operational for several months and a new pool heater was on back order. We would have appreciated having this information in advance so we could make other plans. The community of Indian Lake Estates is clean, quiet, and safe.

All of our ratings are 4 or above. This was to be a single, but invited friends, when confronted , tried too shake us down on price , if we didn’t comply he would give us a bad review, which he did! I found out later my son gave him $100 because the pool heater was down. The pool temp was 75 degrees..

Absolutely Wonderful!

The property was exactly as advertised and did not disappoint! Secluded and beautiful landscaping! The pool was amazing and my grandsons fished their little hearts out in the canal off the dock. The house is beautifully decorated and so cozy! Stocked with everything you need and beds are comfy. Love the game room it came in handy during those late rainy afternoons with shooting some pool and playing cards. It is exactly what we want for a family vacation where we spend precious time with the grandkids doing all the things they love! They caught a lot of fish including bass, bream and catfish and spotted a few gators!

Quiet neighborhood

House is located at the end of a dead end street so I never worried about the boys playing outside. Home is beautiful and roomy. Pool is great - we enjoyed it trememdously!

Hidden Oasis

We were very happy with our rental. This home is located away from all the traffic and noise but close enough to amenities and restaurants when you need it. Beautiful peaceful town and a perfect home for a family. Mark and his son Jared are awesome people and extremely responsive. Thank you for an awesome stay, will definitely rent here again!
