Welcome to our unique A-frame house! Offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. Surrounded by 2 acres of private land. The house provides a cozy space, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The house is fully equipped for your comfort.

Enjoy endless hiking and biking trails right from the doorstep while also being 10 minutes to Nederland/Eldora Ski or 25 min to Blackhawk Casinos!

Guests have private access to the entire house, hot tub and grounds

Note: The cabin does not offer AC. Most mountain homes don't have this and it's not needed. There is no dishwasher. We also have a septic system - no food or other items can be put down the drains/toilet. We do not allow pets.

Guest access
Guests have private/unshared access to the back unit of the house.

There is no access or use from the front of the house.

Other things to note --
- While the A-frame is close to other towns and amenities, the cell phone service in the area is spotty. We do have wifi at the property.
- We also recommend having AWD/4WD. The home is off a major road that is plowed, but we still highly recommend having this during all seasons.
- There is wildlife that lives in the area and we ask all guests to not approach all wildlife. All guests must dispose of trash in the bear safe trash cans.
- No smoking is allowed in the house.
- No pets
