Perched on a panoramic hillside above north Boulder creek, our house is a great place to relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding wilderness. It’s common to have deer, elk, moose and fox in our yard. Come enjoy complementary coffee or tea on our expensive deck overlooking Navajo and Apache peaks which are both over 13,000 ft peaks. Our north views are of Sugarloaf and Bald mountains. Hang out in the hammocks, jump on the trampoline, play corn hole and relax by the outside fire pit. With over 300 sunny days a year in Colorado you will have plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors. For the outdoor enthusiast incredible hiking and biking trails are easily accessible from the property. There is rock climbing in nearby Boulder canyon. Nederland skate park, Ice rink and tennis courts are minutes away. In the winter enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and/or cross country skiing at nearby Eldora Mountain Ski Resort or backcountry trails. Receive a 15% off discount for monthlybookings ! Our house is great for entertaining with an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen opening up to the back deck and spacious living area with 50” HDTV with complementary Netflix. There is a wood burning stove and we supply firewood, kindling and fire starters. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and seating for 4 more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has beautiful flag stone countertops, induction stove top, oven, fridge, freezer etc. equipped with stainless steel cookware and everything you need to prepare prepare meals. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious with incredible views. All bedrooms and the living room have hepa air purifiers. The master bedroom has incredible views to the west of the continental divide mountain range. To the north views of Sugarloaf and Bald Mountains. It has high end king sized puffy mattress. There is a 40" HDTV with Netflix, Seating for 2 in front of the fireplace overlooking the expansive backyard.
The second bedroom is very spacious with a beautiful handmade pine bunkbed. It has a twin bed and queen casper mattress. There is a futon that can sleep 2 more guests if needed. The room has a foosball table along with games. The views are of Navajo and Apache peaks.
The third bedroom is located downstairs with 5 feet windows overlooking sugarloaf and Bald Mountain. There is a full size puffy mattress & a fireplace. For remote workers or home learning children there is a stand up or sit down desk that could also be used as a stationary bike.

COVID-19 UPDATE
To eliminate person-to-person contact our vacation rental is self-check-in and check-out and is totally private without shared amenities. We take the safety of our Guests very seriously. Our rental is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each check-out in accordance with the Coronavirus Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment Guidelines.

You are welcome to bring your well behaved furry friends. We allow up to two dogs. There is an additional fee, $100 per pet, per stay. That fee will be added after your request to book has been accepted.

Please note we have a ring doorbell camera that views the outdoor entrance only.

During winter 4WD or AWD is recommended. We do our best to maintain the driveway and walkway free of snow and ice but it will be slippery at times. By making a reservation you accept risk of any/all personal injury or vehicle damage due to weather conditions.

Cleaning fee: $200 (*additional fees may be charged, if excessive cleaning is required)

We have a pack and play and high chair available. Please let us know if you need either of these during your stay.

Rates are based on 6 guest or less. There will be an additional $50 per person per night fee charged for each additional guest over 6 guest with a maximum of 8 guest allowed. Please message us before booking if you would like to bring more than 6 guest. We will consider additional guest on an individual basis. The ex guest fees will be charged after you book.
