The Space:

Paradise awaits at our beautifully renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath family-friendly house! Spacious enough for a group of 12, this 1/2 duplex sits directly on the quiet, uncrowded beach of Fort Morgan. Literally step off the deck onto the beach. This home is a true coastal retreat that exudes tranquility with its subdued, soothing colors and decor!



Watch dolphins, listen to music or read a book while enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail from one of the two large, furnished covered decks. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone.



Enjoy the clean, appealing, homelike decor, spacious open concept area, with comfortable seating, a 65” TV and a dining area that seats 10 comfortably! The kitchen breakfast bar sits an additional 5 guests. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need: abundance of dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and regular), free-standing ice maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range, plates and many small appliances not normally found in rental properties! A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.



Provided: Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and water toys. For our smallest house guests, we provide a high chair, pack-and-play, safety gate and baby monitor.



All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
